Our Story
InSource was founded in 2005 by Eamonn Fergus, built from the ground up as a family business with a clear mission: provide Irish organisations with reliable, trained staff — and treat every worker with respect.
What set InSource apart from day one was the direct employment model. Rather than simply brokering placements, InSource employs and trains its own workforce. Every person placed has been vetted, inducted, and prepared. That extra step means clients get consistency, not surprises.
Today, Ruby Fergus Reina leads the company into its next chapter. She has expanded InSource's reach across Dublin and neighbouring counties while keeping the family values that built the reputation. Her “Support Local, Hire Local” initiative reflects a commitment to strengthening Irish employment — keeping jobs, opportunities, and money in the local economy.
